★★★★★ Outstanding work from start to finish
We recently had Window World of Western MA replace our roof, siding, windows, garage door, and front door, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole project came together beautifully, and our house looks like a brand-new home.
The quality of the materials is excellent, and the doors in particular are absolutely stunning. They’ve completely transformed the look of the house. Several of our neighbors have stopped to compliment us on how great it looks.
Our family is thrilled with the service and the finished product. I’d recommend Window World of Western MA to anyone considering exterior work on their home.

It was a difficult installation because I had wires, and they were very careful to not damage them. The trim wood frame was good too.

Ariel and crew did a fantastic job. Every little detail was addressed as they installed our new front door. They checked every inch around the new door and when they left you wouldn't no there was any construction done at the house. They were all friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The old door (40 years old) is on the left and the new door on the right. I would highly recommend them.

We have used Window World before and always found them wonderful to work with. They come when they say they will, their workers are friendly and efficient, and their products are good. We have gotten both windows and siding and recommend using this company for both.

we went out to the showroom in belchertown to see what window world had for a sliding glass door. we had a very positive and friendly experience there, so much that we ordered the door on the spot. today, wednesday, october 7th they came to install the door. i was very impressed with their professionalism and how they explained everything to me. They lead person, Ariel, was top notch and reviewed everything with me they cleaned up everything and completed the job in a timely manner. ariel and i inspected the project together and both of us were satisfied and delighted with the work completed. after the crew left, i had another delivery going on when my doorbell rang. it was a project manager from window world following up on how project came out. i could talk long with jim, but let him know how satisfied we are with their work. i would recommend window world to anyone and give them the highest grade possible! thank you window world for making our home look better!!

Ariel and his team arrived early and worked very efficiently. They were all friendly, polite and clearly knew their stuff. They also did a great job dealing with my curious dog. Very nice guys. Ariel is a great communicator, and kept me updated throughout the process. From the first consult through today’s installation, working with Window World was as good an experience as I could’ve hoped for.

The team was great. From our first meeting with Tim to discuss our project to the installation (which only one day to replace all of our windows, sliders, and entry door). They made sure we understood what they were doing and what we wanted every step of the way. Ariel was a great project leader as well. We highly recommend Window World.

Could not be happier with my new windows from Window World. The entire project from start to finish was done with the top notch professionalism. They came one day to look at the project (replaced all window and frames in my mobile home) and were able to give me a quote within an hour. Set up at time to install about 6 weeks later) and within one day all windows and frames were replaced. They made sure the place was spotless, should me how to operate all windows, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the job before they left. Highly recommend!
